Description

An audiovisual R+B Sound Bath by FVDGE NASTE ’97

Inspired by the music and artistic universe of Kendrick Lamar, "The Ego Is Not the Enemy" explores identity, self-preservation, and the relationship between the individual and the world around them.

Through a reinterpretation of hip-hop, meditative sound, and moving imagery, FVDGE NASTE ’97 presents the ego as an instrument of identity rather than an obstacle to transcendence.

Originally created as part of the artist's Kendrick Lamar R+B Sound Bath experience, this audiovisual work is revisited as an independent release, extending the conversation between contemporary music, performance art, and self-expression.
